Proserv Caravans strives to deliver an honest analysis of your caravan, fully impartial with no interest in upselling products. The aim is to ensure the safety of our clients and the smooth running of their investment.

Fully mobile and ready to come to your home , storage facility or your pitch. All that is required is solid flat ground in the case of either full or axle servicing, ideally with 4 feet of access around the caravan, this is to allow for the lifting of the van as well as space to inspect the roof and open all doors and lockers. In the case of your caravan being sited on a pitch or a storage facility, you can generally arrange to leave a key for a service engineer to come and work on your caravan (it is advised to first check with the leisure park/storage facility first, in this instance).

Identifying arising problem areas through regular servicing is key to ensuring the health of your caravan and safety of its occupants. Understanding and being able to identify these key issues is something Proserv Caravans is keen to impart onto our client's, this is to help them to self diagnose and gain more understanding of the workings of their investment, this ultimately leads to our customers being able to relax more when it matters the most, as well as knowing they are keeping their loved one's and investment safe.

Our NCC qualified technician working in line with AWS (Approved Workshop Scheme) guidelines, will ensure that your caravan is being put through the whole 9 yards upon its service. Every aspect of your caravan will be detailed in respect to your chosen service. All electrical & gas assessments, alde fluid , Damp, fire & safety, as well as all tyre dates and wheel and chassis torque settings will be recorded. Impartial advisories will if required be produced upon completion, these advisories are only a recommendation for our customers and will only be actioned when directed to do so. Our customers can book works in with us, another business or in some cases tackle repairs themselves if its within their capabilities. Whatever is most convenient for you is the best outcome after all.

All services undertaken are priced without the addition of any serviceable parts. Serviceable parts include one shot nuts in case of any service including axle and chassis, water filters, rubber seals, batteries, lighting and lamps, fuses, sealants and bonding materials. However all lubricants, grease, testing sprays are complimentary.

Services are accurately detailed accounts of the health and efficiency of your caravan at the time of the service being carried out. Therefore future failure of any item after the date of service in no way is covered by any warranty. All works carried out in case of additional works (not including servicing), will have warranty for 6 months, in respect to the installation of item(s) where installation is the cause of the fault.. Any repair that is deemed to be temporary (for example applying temporary weather protection in an attempt to allow a customer additional time to get damp work booked in) is not covered by any warranty and Proserv Caravans will not accept any liability if failure of temporary repairs occur, resulting in continued or further damages.
