To help Proserv Caravans deliver an accurate quotation, please use the "additional information" section of the form regarding the workings of your caravan. This will help to ensure the best possible service is provided, and any parts can be sourced. (if possible to do so without diagnosis).

Servicing location requirements

Please ensure that in the case of your caravan being on pitch or in storage or when you are simply to busy to be with your caravan at the time of service, arrange with reception, or a neighbor for the release of keys, alarm fobs to Proserv Caravans. Following all services keys will be returned to reception or the trusted key holder.

For all axle related services a workable area of 1.5m is required around your caravan. This is to ensure a safe lifting and working environment. As well as solid, level ground to work on, awnings will also need to be removed prior to the scheduled service date.

Ideally the removal of belongings where possible, is required to produce an accurate and detailed damp report. Belongings will not be removed by Proserv Caravans and testing will be completed around items in situe. Proserv Caravans does not hold any responsibility for items left inside or around/attached to caravans.

Proserv Caravans LTD Customer Complaints Process

Information Required

To ensure a swift resolution, customers should provide:

Name and contact details
Caravan details (make, model, cris/vin number)
Date of service
Description of the issue
Any supporting evidence (photos, invoices, etc.)


4. Complaint Handling Procedure

Step 1: Acknowledgment (Within 24-48 Hours)

ProServ Caravans Ltd will acknowledge receipt of the complaint via phone or email.
A reference number will be provided for tracking.


Step 2: Investigation (Within 5 Working Days)

The complaint will be reviewed along with relevant service records.
If necessary, additional information may be requested or a follow-up inspection arranged.


Step 3: Resolution (Within 10 Working Days)

ProServ Caravans Ltd will propose a resolution (repair, refund, discount, etc.).
If a resolution takes longer, updates will be provided every 5 working days.
Once resolved, the outcome will be confirmed in writing.
